I'm really confused, I have been trying to establish credit to get a nice car on my own without a co signer. I make pretty good income, but the credit has always been a problem. I went to the dealer without my co signer, I check my credit on experian CREDIT EXPERT, everyday and after 6 months on 1 card and also a couple of secured loans with 3 months on each I thought I had established enough credit with my income to go and get the car of my dreams, then I went to the dealership with my income paystubs YTD everything verifies that I make 4-5K a month and they pulled my credit. It showed up that I have 0 on all 3 bureaus. 0?!? I have established no credit after 6 months?!?! Thats a bunch of BS.

Well I was told by my co-worker from her own experience that she owed credit card companies when whe was 18 and never payed for them.. Well as she told me Collection companies kept calling her harrassing her but she still never payed for them.. Now 6 yrs has passed she told me that the debt was clear on her credit record.

Is this true? Can A debt dissapear from your credit history in time? All I know is the only way it will dissapear is if you file bankruptcy.

Please confirm this..

I need one more point to get 100% financing. Im one point short on the middle score that the mortgage officer lender requires. Should I negotiate a collection for 290 bucks or pay down two credit cards to raise my score? Any and all advice needed now. I would like to close this month.

I recently checked my credit scores and this is what came up...

Transunion: 503
Equifax: 459
Experian: 574

I have noticed numerous errors in all 3 reports but didn't think it was worth my time to fix... I'm beginning to think I was wrong.

Is it normal for there to be such a large descrepancy in scores? what suggestions can you give me to make this go up.

If you check out this post of mine http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...
you'll see my intentions. I'm thinking I'm screwed. Any hope out there?

My friend bought a brand new house three months ago. She lives on that house with her fiance. It is a two story house. Since she moved in she is having problems with the first floor restroom. The toliet is not flushong properly and they have to use the pump to have everything flushed. Yesterday when the woke up in the morning she found a all the floor full of water (flooding). She called the builder (becuase that house has one year warranty) and they sent a supervisor and a plumber and the said that they have to take the walls and the kitchen down and dig on the floor to fix the tank pumps and it will cost $3000 also they told her that they will put a camera to go into the septic tank and if it is full of tissue paper the warrranty will nto cover that. I told her that is bullsh..!, how come in three months you are going to have your septic tank full of tissue paper. She lives in Florida. I want to help her. Need legal advice and HELP!! What she can do??

Which method builds a better credit history? Paying for everything you owe every month? Or paying a consistent amount every month, but not paying for all that you owe? My friend was suggesting that leaving a portion unpaid, will raise your scores, since you have "credit", and this is offset by your consitent monthly payments? Any truth to this?
