Not likely to happen. Once you have bad credit you lose access to the good cards.
I suggest applying for a National City or Orchard Bank secured card as they will convert you to a normal card after a year of good payment history and only require a $250 deposit. They also show on your credit report as a standard card (not secured) so they will not negatively affect your chances with other lenders.

If you have been denied because you have bad/poor credit, there are cards designed specially for rebuilding your credit. They usually have higher interest rate than that of regular credit cards. However the interest rates don't really matter as long as you pay off the entire balance every month.

Many of the cards such as those from Orchard Bank report to all 3 credit bureaus monthly, which can help you establish credit history and improve your credit scores. New Millennium Bank Gold Visa/MasterCard is also easy to get approved.

I believe Orchard Bank has a web site where they offer to help people with bad credit. Larger companies like Citibank or Capital One might also have options, because of their size. Either way it may be difficult without securing the card with cash.

A examine card isn't like a debit card, and that's not a similar as funds both. people do not prefer to carry round a lot of money, and charge playing cards are high-quality for persons that can cope with money responsibly (and such people ought to or received't have a lot of money). besides, i don't believe the idea, because wealthy people typically use charge playing cards and undesirable people typically use funds.

Do a web search. There are tons! All of these sites offer secured and unsecured cards. OrchardBankApproval will take you to a prequalification page to tell you which you will qualify for before you apply.
Good luck.
