I was hospitalized late last year for a period of 4 months.Due to a lack of income I was eligible for Medicaid. My Medicaid number was given to all parties who treated me after I got out of the hospital.By the time I got around to checking my credit reports there was negative information posted by collection agencies before I even got out of hospital.I've given my number to the worst of all of these companies ACB Receivables Management. They still insist I was not covered when everyone else has already received their payments and refuse to remove the negative information even after I presented them with a letter from NJDHS that claims that I was covered during the time that I was reported for.ACB still insists that I was not covered even though I've given them proof that I was and edicaid covers all of the treatments that I received.Mycredit score has dropped to below 600 and this is the only negative information on my reports.I've disputed with all three bureaus and they will not remove

I want my wife to build her credit history, will it help her if I name her an authorized user of my credit card? Will the credit card company ask me for her data? The reason I ask this is because I noticed that when giving her an additional credit card the credit card company won't ask her data? So which is best, giving her an additional credit card or making her an authorized user? Thanks for the help, I'm from another country and I'm trying to build credit history.

I have never used a credit card. so please understand my trivial questions.
1. continuing from the above question, will my credit card work on any atm machines in the states? as long as the machine says mastercard?

2. Can I use any mastercard atm machine in south korea? will I be able to take out their cash currency which is Won? meaning, will I be able to take out cash using atm machine in korea?

3. If I buy clothes, or other goods in south korea, will they charge me in dollars? of course the price will be in Won, korean currency, but would they automatically convert it to dollars and charge me in dollars?

Please answer me in details! thanks! it's so exciting to have a credit card!

Say you earn 1000 and have to pay 1050 for your credit card debt. You have to rely on your credit cards ( again ) for those extra 50 and for your monthly expenses.
What should a person with this problem do?
Would it be ok to take a loan?

Finance gurus like David Bach say to pay the highest rate card first, but what should you do if you can't?

Thanks ¡¡¡¡

The Sunday Times this morning has an article about how the banks are repaying their illegal charges imposed on customers who have gone over their agreed overdraft limit.... for up to the last 6 years.... they are paying people NOT to take them to court!
Paid £5000 to one guy.... if you have been charged -time for your payback. Go for it...., good luck.

I was wondering if it is hard to get a Target Card. I'm 18, I have no credit history whatsoever, but I want to start building a credit history. I love target and know it would be a good store for me to have a card at. But since I have no credit history, should I even try applying for one or do you think I would just be rejected?
