If it was proven that you are a victim of fraud, they most likely will delete all the fraud from your records and your score will return to where it was. You should really register to check your credit report though and keep an eye on it to make sure. If it's not, call each of the 3 bureaus to make sure they got record that it was cleared and to be sure that the credit score is correct.

If you are a victim of fraud, it is important for you to report the fraudulent activity to the credit bureaus. As long as you have proof that this is fraudulent activity, they are required to remove it from your credit history. This should increase your credit score, provided that there aren't any real negative events on the report that were not the result of fraud. You can find out how to report to the credit bureau at this site. http://www.annualcreditreport.com Hope everything turns out well, and good luck.

Once your report is corrected in regard to all fraudulent activity, your score will be the same as if the fraud had not happened. The following links are government documents related to you rights as a victim on identity theft.

A) that info won't be deleted despite what they say or told you. It will be "remedied" not removed.
B) once resolved your credit should return to what it originally was before the fraudulent activity took place.
C) depending on how bad the fraudulent activity was and how long it takes to get it resolved, expect your score to increase incrementally, not all at once. creidt bureaus don't work that way.
