Ideally: 1) they would be friendly and give excellent service. 2) they would NOT telemarket me. 3) they do not outsource their data processing outside the USA.

I live in the San Francisco area and primarily bank with Wells Fargo. The last time I had to go inside one of the banks, both the customer service and the security outside were far less than ideal.

I am currently paying on a car that I have had for two yeas. Now that I have a family expenses are getting tight and I realize that I can't keep my lovely car. I am currently one month behind with the second payment coming up on the 15th making last months 30 days already :( I don't really have great credit it's fair shall I say. Do I sell it but if I sell and pay it off with what I owe and can't finance again even for a cheaper car because of my history with this car. Or do I repo it . See I am very confused but trying so hard to make the right decision for our family. Our goal is to try to buy a house the car financially is what is holding us back. You know the whole debt ratio thing.Someone who knows about this please give me some sound advice

Unfortunately, I got into the habit of paying later in the month and haven't been able to get back to paying on the 1st of the month. I asked someone from the mortgage company, when I called to pay one month, and she said as long as it is under 30 days, it wouldn't get reported as late. But . . . my parents said when I go to buy another house, the lenders will be able to see that I had been less than 30 days late, even though it doesn't show on my credit report!
Thanks for the help.

The payments are automatically withdrawn from my account every month. I have a one year contract with the gym. I am unhappy with it. Can I just pay the credit card off and cancel it? What will happen if I do that?

My husband and I are in financial disaster. I lost my job a few years ago and we were unable to pay anything but the mortgage and utilities. We have sold our house since then and I payed off some off the debt with equity but didn't have enough equity to pay all. I am currently looking for a full time job with out much luck. All of our credit cards are in charge off phase and now my husband has a judgement. I have no idea where to even begin to clear this. Should I file bankruptcy? I can't even afford an attorney. Where do we begin? Thanks!

I went to a free credit report website and look on my husbands credit report; but I just don't want to let him know that I'm checking his credit report and score. Can he ever know that I open his credit report online or if somebody opens your credit report do they know who view it and how can they ever know?

I currently have 6 credit cards managed by a consolidation program. I am looking to pay off in full the money I owe and start fixing my credit. Currently the credit report shows "Account payments managed by a financial counseling program". Is this something bad on my credit report that I should negotiate with the creditors to remove such notation on my account before I start to pay them off in full? And if so How or What ways should i go about approcahing the creditors? Who do I ask for and such...
