go directly to the individual organization's web sites - Transunion.com, Experian.com, and I forget the other one - but you can also goole search for credit report and see what comes up - you are entitled to one free report from each agency every year - also you can get one if you are refused credit at all

www.annualcreditreport.com

This site allows you to request a free credit file disclosure, commonly called a credit report, once every 12 months from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.

Hope this helps! :)

Hello,
I work in this field, nobody will monitor 247, alert you and provide help if your credit is compromised...as a free service.
It is very inexpensive though, and you will get a free copy of your credit report sent to you.
There are 5 types of ID theft so you'd be best to get expert help.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Good Luck!
