I want to return it because the dealer charged me $3000 more than the car is worth.

As soon as i turned 18 i wrote bad checks, never paid my medical bills and some other stuff that ended up being reported to credit agencies. I really got careless, but now I need to get my life on track and want to know the best way to start that. Can any one help?

I pulled a 3 in 1 credit report ....I have 1 creditor that listed payment status on Esperian as " Current, was past due 30 days"...on Equifax & Transunion the payment status is "pays as agreed"....How should I go about getting the creditor to change the Esperian entry to "Paid as agreed" - I was late & don't want to raise a flag and have them change the other 2 negatively Can I print out the page & send to Esperian directly to change?

i just get a credit card for the first time and i went to use the card online but as i was filling out the billing info, there was an error in the computer that declined the transaction, the computer didn't know the differents between a postal code and a zip code so stupid me i redo everything over and there computer declined the transaction again, so i stop and log on the credit card website and it say's the funds have been sent but the web site say's that they declined the transactions, now it almost imposible to get them to work together to get me my money back. Is there some way to make them work together, because i only got 4 days left before the credit card company makes the tranaction final, HELP?

This is my first time trying to get a credit card. I am trying to be as careful as possible because I dont want to ruin my credit at only 19 years old. Im looking for a credit card that I can choose my own design, a low APR, and, no monthly or annual fees. Also I do not want a very large credit limit, 200-500 dollar limit at the most. (perferably a visa) Please let me know if you have any suggestions. It would help me out tremendously. Thank you. -Kristen

My mom leagally cleaned her credit for 300 bucks and was then able to make large purchases such as a house and car with no down payment. all I want to do is finance a washer and dryer. my credit card credit is bad!!! but im out of college and Im making decent money but I have bad credit.

Which chapter is best to do and about how much does it cost to do it? My credit is beyond fixable and I want to get rid of these bills that leave me with nothing every week, when I even have enough to pay them. I have pretty good credit, but most of what remains unpaid is medical. Even if you pay on it, if it's not paid in full within 6 months, it goes on your credit report. That infuriates me when I'm working my rear off to make payments. Is it worth it?

I recently received an offer in the mail to apply for this card. I have bad credit so I just wanted to know how legit this is. I have looked at poor credit card offers in the past but I don't want to pay $150 to $250 just to reveive a card. I want to build my credit back up.
