well if you're 28, no it's not too late to have a child. unless there's something wrong you should be able to get pregnant.

You can have kids, but you must first be able to care for yourself, first if your overweight your body maybe carrying too much, before you make the life altering decision to have a child put more thought into YOU an make sure there is no problem with your body an its ability to care an carry a baby.

Have you been trying to have kids for a long time? I am sure you went to the doctors and got checked to see if everythings okay. If you are fertile, you should be able to. What about your husband/boyfriend? Maybe he is the one that has something wrong not allowing you to get pregnant??

If you have been trying unsuccessfully to have kids for several years, and you don't know what's wrong, then only a doctor can tell you if you'll be able to have kids.
