If it's credit card debt, call a debt solution company. If it's not CC debt, the only you can really do is sit down, and write out a budget.
Draw a column and write out how much each bill is, it's due date, and it's payoff. Then, in the next column, write out how much you make a month. if you're in the red, then you need to circle the bills on your left that MUST be paid every month. Add those up, and then decided whomelse you can pay that month. Be sure to set aside enough money for food, gas and whatever else you NEED, (not WANT) each month.
Stick to it, and with a little determination, you'll get out of that hole.
Good Luck!

work real hard (maybe get part time job for 4 hours) also.(maybe on weekends) or what ever the two days a week you are off.
keep paying off your bills. Don't buy anything unless you really NEED it. Like a bed, or a recliner, or a table and chairs........Pay cash ONLY...Wait untill you have the money to buy what you need, not just a toy or luxury item.....It's time to get serious.Good luck!

start paying your bills on time and more than the minimum due. don't open any new credit cards. a new credit history with a credit card company takes your score down with the credit agencies.
