You can't get a loan without a job.
You can't get any kind of credit card (free or not) without a job. In fact, usually you need to have been working for a while before you can get a loan or credit card.
If you need money now start pawning stuff or borrow from someone you know.
If you apply for either without a job, your only going to hurt your credit score, so don't bother.
Credit is not money, so get out of that mindset or you'll wind up in terrible debt when you do qualify for those things.

You need a job in order to pay it off. Get a job first. You can get credit when you actually don't need it. Strange but true.

You dont need credit, you dont need credit cards, you dont need the money now..
You need a job. And once you have one, I suggest you stay away from credit cards anyway!
