I don't know, this year has been so rough for me. I mean, I move to a new school, the classes are hard for me. I'm getting 3.1s, 3.2s, and 3.0s on my report card. And now, I constantly keep thinking I'm fat and worried about my weight. I'm 13 years old 5'4 (64 inches) I weigh 120 pounds and I have so much stress in me. How come?! And now, I'm constantly worrying that by the time I get older, I'm going to weigh so much, that I'm just going to blow up like a balloon, and I'm soo scared and frustrated. What's wrong? Is it normal to feel this weigh? Am I going to blow up? Am I fat right now? What do I do?! Please help me!

I want to put an elaborate stock illustration on my resume, but I don't know if that's appropriate? I could do the illustration myself, but it would take a tremendous amount of time - it is just decorative with vines and leaves - not hard to recreate, just time consuming!! Help!!

So here's the deal...

I work 30 hours a week, but due to short staff I have worked a slightly odd shift.
On friday nights, I am scheduled to work a 4pm to midnight and then come back to work at 8am the next morning and work until 4pm. Would this be considered overtime given that I only have an 8 hour break before my next shift?

This is the third week in a row that I have done this for this month and I have done this numerous times over the last two years?

Also, I mentioned to my manager that I recently found out that I am pregnant and since then he has not modified the schedule.

I've been researching the california laws of labor, but still cannot tell if this applies to me.

Thanks.

My friend works as a consultant, (not full time staff) for an engineering company. At the time of being employed by them, he signed an agreement stating that upon leaving employment with them, he wouldn't work for any of the competitors in the industry. At the time of signing, they sent him a contract without any signatures, and had him mail it back with his signature only. Does the fact that at the time of his signing there were no signatures present on the contract invalidate it? (he has been working there for about 9 months now). Even if this contract is valid, what are the chances that the company could successfully sue him in court, in the event that he leaves and immediately goes to a competitor?
