Honey! You have absolutely nothing to worry about! You ARE NOT FAT!!!!!! I used to be built just like you are, same weight and height! And I thought i was fat too. But guess what, now at 25 I am 5'5" and 125lbs! Dont stress about it! The thing is, alot of kids your age are down right skinny, and thats not so good either! I recommend a little homework for you, write down every morning a few things that you like about yourself. Take that list with you to school and everywhere you go. If you ever start feeling down about yourself, re-read the list, and add a new entry. The reason this works is that we as humans become what we think about ourselves. So if you only allow yourself to believe the good about yourself, you will grow into a happy, self confident person, who knows who she is and what she wants out of life and isnt afraid to go out and get it!
I hope this helps! Keep your chin up, I know and remember the feelings you are having right now, they are normal. Just dont let them get the best of you! You are better than that! Don't let other people determine your self worth! You have complete controll over that! It's hard, i won't lie to you, but if you stick with it, you will pull through! Promise!

awww, don't worry. I know things are hard and a lot is running through your head right now, but just remember that you are the best you can be. If you're trying that's what counts. Exercise, not only does this help you to lose weight, but to be less stressed, more at ease, worry less, a clear set mind and your completion will look glowing. You'll be confident, smart, and ready for anything. Exercise!
PLUS, be positive, when you're positive, things happen for the better. Like wake up and say, "this is going to be a great day" "I know something special with happen today" or just thank God you're here, alive, breathing and get to see, taste, walk , talk..... There are girls your age that will never get out of bed because they can't walk,
there are girls you're age that don't even know what an orange sky looks like at dawn, because they can't see, and there are girls your age that know that next year will be there last, because they have a cancer that isn't curable.........

First of all you're NOT FAT! Trust me I'm 5'4" and I used to weigh 120 and everybody thought I was too skinny. Second moving and trying to fit in to a new place and make new friends is hard and a little stressful. Just learn to relax it doesn't matter how you look. If you're worried about grades talk to the teachers and see what you can do to improve your grades. I think you're just being a little hard on yourself cause you still feel out of place. It will get better.

I weigh 80 pounds and 5'0.
1.] don't worry, if you work out and stay fit till your about 21 it will be hard for you to start gaining more weight [eat less fat]
2.] Shouldn't you start having letter grades, instead of # grades? Well, 1's are D's. 2's are C's and 0's are F's. Comparing to that you have 3 D's, 3 C's and 3 F's. First of all, if your friends ask you to go somewhere.. tell them no. I know you want to hang out instead of studying but you know, its better to have someone proud of you instead of being behind. It's funny because i am kinda going through the same thing.
* i moved to a new school, and i've been sick and missing school, so my grades aren't up to my standards; i got a tutor
*Im 13 and 5'4 but i only wiegh approx.110. i want to gain weight! i think im a tad bit to skinny.
My adivce is try medetation, it really helps when you find your "happy place". do what i did for the school problem, get a tutor.
You're not fat,you're not going to blow up, you're at a healthy weight, especially for your height. And don't worry about maybe being fat when you get older, by then you'll be legal to got to gym and work out!
Calm down.....and take life easier....Good Luck

There is one thing that you can do that will help both your fears and your weight. It is simple, but takes work.
Find a way to exercise. Take Judo, or something equivalent. Join the YMCA if available (it is very reasonable for students) Start jogging every other day. Join a gym.
You will get immediate benefits. Your brain and your body both respond with positive changes in body chemistry.

sure, its gonna get harder, but damn...live it a little...u gotta relax and find somethin to do that gets ur mind off school and the future and weight..
get lost in the moment and dont jump back until ur 18

you are not fat! And no your not going to "blow up!" just watch what you eat, exercises. and just be happy! your still young, you have not developed give it time, and everything will fallow!
