The employer was verbally abusive & his idea of communication was to shout. I would just as soon not have to discuss this with a
potential employer but if I left it off a resume or application, it might
come back on me some way. How do I handle this? Thank you.

I've been employed with my company for about a year now and they've started this new thing of giving every employee company-wide their job reviews for a raise at the same time no matter how long they've been with the company.

Well, I recently had my review and it was supposed to be based on a 1-15 point scale, but instead of that scale, the person giving me my review told me that they were told by the company higher-ups to give us all 10pts and under on everything so that when the next years review comes around that everyone can show some improvement. I dont think that is fair. Sure not everyone deserves a perfect 15 and a huge raise but in some areas, some people do deserve more than a 10. Your final score is used to determine your raise... so if you really deserved a 13 and only got a 10, you're not going to get as big of a raise as you should be getting. It's like rigged reviews & raises. Is this even legal? Is there anywhere I can file a complaint against my company about this?

It's for like half what I currently earn. I know I am overqualified and they loved my resume. My question is:

Am I legally obligated to tell them about the restraining order? and
At which point in the interview process or after I am hired should I tell them about the restraining order she has against me?

I worked hard and moved a dealy messy job forward. But a top manager often yelling at me. A white girl who later joined the team who jeolous how much my clients liked me, and the fact I was wining a award for that project (they have to give to me because my job was too great). Her analytical ability is total not at my level, but she is being very unreasonable and portraid me as all my great work was a lie and she is the saver for the project. I am very nice and shy person. Later, I did complaint to my imediate manager, but he flip everything over and stand on her side instead. This girl intended hide all the data that she generated (I alway open all my data and analytical process). After she get control of all the data, she fearlessly lie/made up data to make me looks stupid. I suggeted this to my manager. He flip everything over again to favor this girl and I become the bad one. I was publicly yelling at/inhunimated by a top manager... I am terribly sick... Shou I sue them?

I don't mean something like taking surveys, or refering people, or posting on forums, where it certainly isn't enough to pay one's expenses. Nor do I mean online business, where money investments are required. I mean one that is trustworthy, like any where else one works in the job force. Certainly they can be created, but why are most only thinking about bricks and buildings?

I saw his paystub on his desk. The raise was $1,500 more than what I got on my 1yr review. I have worked at the company for 2 years. This is his 1st year. I have helped train him and other new employees. I am female he is male. He goes out socially with the boss. I don't. I complete more deals than he does. Our quality is about the same. He has the same background as I do. Just out of college. I have a more relavent degree to the job. Should I talk to my boss about it? My 2 year review is coming up in 2 months. I have a feeling no raise will come. There has been high turnover at this department. I have stayed the longest. I feel backstabbed!
