Well first of all, if you are currently working, you are in a pyramid as well because the person at the top of your company always makes more than his employees and you will never make more than him. You should rephrase your question and ask for a legal multi-level marketing program or networking program. You can check my profile.

a good legal pyramid program is United States Social Security Program and it is legal.
a good legal pyramid company is CoCoCola, Pepsi, Ford, GM ,Microsoft, Apple etc.
every legal company is a pyramid company - one top dog and thousands if not millions of low paid workers. Is this what you are looking for.
every illegal pyramid company - one where there are no real products or services you just buy in and convince others to buy in so you get your money back - they pop up all the time.
a legal company that distributes products or services through a system of independent self employed distributors or agents that has a proven publicly traded stocks in growth industry with training and support for your growth based on business model of customers clients and others. is that what you are looking for?

That is an oxymoron - legal and pyramid - no way - pyramid programs always rip off someone.

Pyramid schemes are illegal. I do, however, have a great career that you can do from home. I love my career. I work for a great company that is a BBB member, offers 401k and benefits for your whole household. They also offer full training and support.
