Respected Sir/Madam,

I am working as a software engineer for last three and half years. I am a Java /J2ee resource. All these years I was doing purely technical work. I am also pursuing part time MBA from ICFAI. In the next year I have to choose specialisation for the MBA. First I was thing kin of doing specialisation in Fiancé and Systems. But I am thinking of various options like Specialisation in HR. As I am a software engineer know the technical part of the IT industry, will it be beneficial to shift to HR line? what will be disadvantages if I shift to HR from Computers?Please help.

That pay good...any corporations that you know that pay good? Because, I work at a restaurant as an expo and get 8 dollars an hour but i only work nights and it sucks..

I have been out of school for just over a year, and I can not find a job. I have a degree in Economics and business admin. I have applied to 100s of jobs on 100s of websites. I have even applied to jobs overseas, and I have several different resumes. Does anyone know how they found their job? Or does anyone need my degree in their department?

i've worked in factories and i've worked in restaurants and housekeeping i can't do the factory jobs now because of the heavy lifting, restaurants a no because of the stress and slick kitchen floors and housekeepings a no because of the cleaning chemicals i got laidoff from my last job and they closed down i need advice on what to do because even thought i went to college for computer technology i can't find a job like that because every one says they can't hire me cause i don't have the work experience so i am open to suggestions

am 21 i'll be 22 in a couple of months i feel so lost i have been out of high school for almost 3 years i've done a year of city year and worked 2 years i am thinking about going to college but feel that i am too old to be starting college i sould be in my 3 or 4 year will it be weird because of my age will it be differant because of my age i also have felony for robbery and feel a degree would be a waste of time because i will be unable to get a good job with felony please help i feel so lost
