In the next year I have to choose specialisation for the MBA. First I was thing kin of doing specialisation in Fiancé and Systems. But I am thinking of various options like Specialisation in HR. As I am a software engineer know the technical part of the IT industry, will it be beneficial to shift to HR line? what will be disadvantages if I shift to HR from Computers? Please help.

well it a nice to think on carrer change ...well if u carry on IT u shall be always a technocrat and may be in future u can work as manager but again techno-managing type ..............well HR is a inthugiastic and challenging field where u have opprtunity to explore all ur qualities and u can see ur sucess ,and failure also and u can see the trend for MBAs who are a technical person and doing MBA then he/she is most wanted and have carrier growth not only in terms of money but post, challenges and so onn ....and HR is common to all type of industries and there are huge challanges in India for HRD perosn and scope also
