Any NYC based job programs 4 ex-cons?

My brother is coming home from prison soon and I'm researching programs or employers who hire ex-cons.

try something like ebay.... btw, its not a benfit to be aexcon,,, try to hide it, a lot of employers wont look,

start with something to do with people,
then get hired from there to a better place or earn another degreee , if they see excon, but after got out spent 9 months in training for a degree, they'll definatly see a big turnaround for the person,
