Okay...

Once you enter the front office you would be asked to submit your CV and sit in the reception..

Then a group of people will be called in..

The first round would involve an introduction series...
In your introduction you need not be stylish or very fast..
Just relax but make sure you don't get stuck...
have the conviction in your voice ..for instance if you say that you have good grammar ..say it with confidence...

The second round would be a GD..(Group Discussion)
You would be given a topic mostly contemporary and based on current events... Now..
There be precise..don't beat around the bush...Be confident and don't get hyper or excited with anything.. Stay Cool and lay your statements with logics and logics only...

If you are through with these ..there would be a PI (Personal Interview )..where you might sit with senior Management People.. Be very neat ...tidy and sobre in your.. appearance..You would be asked questions like why that organisation..why a call center... whats your ambition .. how much are you looking for in terms of $$..
Where do you want to see yourself in some span of time..
What makes you feel you are good for the Job...
What are the basic requirements in a call center..
.....bla bla....

Don't feel nervous since they won't eat you up or this is not your do-or-die battle ....

All the best mate...
God Bless You....
Let me know if you get the job....

yes, I too same like you who searches for call centres.let us come to the point... u said your english is poor so why don't you first go to spoken english classes and call centre coaching. or you can join some other job where you can develop your self and your communicative skills and interpersonal skills.

after some time, or months, you will get self confidence then u can try for call centres.

most of all the people used to say call centre won't give you future esp if you are in customer care.. if u are in technical no problem. so get ready and join, work hard earn money

my suggestion is in you leisure time go and do some diplomo courses and save money for you and your future, becasuse you have very good chances to earn well money......all the best

1. they will pay sound money according to ur skills and performance.
2. we should ready ourselves , then wish this is the golden rule.
3. you should ready to work hard and even night shifts
these are genereal things.

in interviews.
1 generally they will ask you that why you prefer this field instead of others.
2.what is your strength and weakness
3.self introduction or any topic which will bring about your knowledge in english
4.they will ask you what you know about call centres
