How about ponytails with ribbons? This is my usual hairdo, but a friend of mine told me to dye it black and spike it up. I don't want to cut it all off. Should I go get extensions or a perm?

I'm into the 2nd week of a 2 month temp secretarial job. Before I started here, a lady in her late 50's (who's here permanently) held the fort until I got here! Since I've started, she seems reluctant to 'let go' of most of the duties for me to do. I went to visit the Dr I'm working for yesterday (for the first time) and we had a friendly, informal chat. When I told the woman this, she said, "He didn't speak with me like that".

I am quite the lucky man when I play, and I almost always win money when I play.
The only thing that's stopped me from doing it is not having a large enough stake to ride out the ups and downs.
But, in january, I will have.
Should I do it?

I'm currenlty taking classes in the nursing program. I'm in a program because my relatives keep pushing me (mostly to earn more money and be successful). My relatives keep telling me that I can be a nurse and still young enough to pursue what I like. Being a nurse is hard. I feel like I could not be a nurse because there are a lot of hassles (e.g. lawsuits, liabilities, etc.). I'm caring and compassionate, but there's always a fine line how long I can be caring and compassionate. I took this career personality tests and the results said that I'm mostly artistic. The thing that I'm worrying about is should or should not follow what I like/interested with. I presume that most people are artistic; they take this same path, some fails, some succeeds. My problem is what career I should take that relates to what I love, but still not be in a gamble situation to fail?
I'm just stating this to know if there are people that feel confuse or worried like me.

After working somewhere for about 1 yr max, I always have this urge to quit, take a short break and look for new ones. Mostly, I don't even have another job before I quit my present one. Any solutions?

When I've moved before, I procrastinated and had to scramble for a job after the move. I want to get a head start now. Should I just send in my resume, or do employers prefer an application as soon as possible for the desired position? And if I do apply, will I be shuffled into paperwork, never again to see the light of day?

Please choose a side, or not, and answer one or both questions.

There's this really good company which offers me night shift work? Should I accept it? The pay is good but I'm not sure I'm capable of working during nights and sleeping during day time.

I really have to leave my present company as soon as I can. I'm grossly underpaid.

What should I do? Wait or take this job? Thanks.
