That's more of a statement than a question but it's true. Give 100% to everything you do and the reward will be all that much greater. It does help if you like what you're doing.

Yeah it is true.
But what about if you don't like the job you have... then you'll NOT put effort to do things good cuz you just don't like it.
I think the most you like your job
the better you do it.
