We got a new guy at work. He resides in the cubicle right next to me. Instead of going over and introducing myself, I approached his cubicle with a large amount of methane/sulfates pressurizing my colon. I then bent my torso at about 45 degrees relative to my vertical lower body, with my butt near his chair. I clenched my teeth whilst releasing my sphincter, spraying his area with this large amount of methane molecules, my anal vibrations producing a very low rumble which ended with a characteristic high-pitched squeal. Then I went HA-HA as in the simpsons and sat back down in my cubicle, without saying a word. I guess the new guy reported this to my boss and I am being escorted out. What the hell? Do I have a lawsuit for insubordination?

I recently submmited my resume to a job that I seem highly qualified for, and they are asking for a lot of responsabilities that aren't normal for the position I applied for. They sent me back a simple response "How much?" Shouldn't they be the ones telling me their offer so that we can negotiate... What should I say?

near the end of a long-term project, decide, for budget purposes, to let go several of them, what are the qualifying factors for selecting the first round of departures? Is it something in their personalities, etc..? Your feedback is very much welcome..thanks.

If you had to call someone to let them know that they didn't get a job, what would be a good phrase to use? It seems like the kind of information you want to introduce quickly in the conversation.

Hope you guys can help. I have an interview in a couple of weeks. As part of the interview I have to give a short (5 minutes max.) presentation. The title of the presentation has to be "Planning A Journey", but other than that, i'm free to do whatever.
I want to keep it very simple but make sure the interviews get the message. However, i don't really know what message to give!

i was told to be as creative as i want, so any ideas or tips would be wonderful!

thanks in advance!
