"Tell me something about yourself?"
"What is your biggest weakness?"
"Why do you want to work for this company?"
"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"

Yes, they really do ask these boring questions at interviews, so be prepared to answer them. Don't make your inexperience obvious, experience does not have to come from a paid job, so be creative when answering questions about "work experience". Another thing, be prepared with questions, at least 5 good ones. Almost all interviews end this way, and if you have no questions prepared, it shows that you didn't research the job or company and were not paying attention during the interview. The questions you ask at the end can really engage the interviewer, making the interview last longer, which is usually a good thing. Asking questions also allows you to be tricky and bring up strengths and experiences that you did not get to mention while you were being asked questions.

Most importantly, you need to demonstrate that you are able to see the big picture at the same time pay attention to details.

The questions might come in many different forms and some may even sound stupid.

For example: "What is your strength?" Instead of giving answers like "I'm organized, quick learner and a team player" try incorporate the qualities you want to communicate into an example or short story.

45 minutes isn't that long for an interview. It will go by really fast when you are on the edge of a seat.

Good luck.

You are welcome Zee. I hope you get the job :-)
