I am having a hard time understanding WHY people take credit for ideas that are not theirs. I work, where we work as a team, and we work with people who are in crisis all the time, so we have to come up with soluations all the time. I have been finding that there are a couple of co workers are claiming that my soluations are theirs. I am becoming quite frustated with this, as in the end the big boss is praising them, It is not that I want the praise , because I am there to help our clients. I just don't think that it is right that this is right. I am of the believe that " give credit where credit is due " These 2 co works are having a hard time coming up with their own ideas so they take mine. I now feel that I should keep my mouth shut on sharing my ideas, and just talk to the boss about them. The problem is, if I do that, there is no such thing as team work anymore. Any good ideas or suggestions on how I shoud handle this.

Hello,

I'm a 25 year-old male and have a BS in Communications with an emphasis in broadcasting. I haven't worked professionally as a journalist because the pay blows and there are no benefits. I received this degree in December of 2005. I've considered going back to school since I can't find any real work. I m toying with the idea of nursing as a career. A local community college has an LPN associates degree that would apply to a Bachelor of nursing degree. I could get the job (upon getting a license) and many hospitals (supposedly) pay tuition reimbursment for the bachelor's completion. Would do you all think given my situation? Is anybody here an LPN or RN? What do you like or dislike about the job? Personally, I want to help people and fel needed. I also like the idea of career stability. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

I'm going on a honeymoon during the second week of October and I'm applying for job now. Should I include it? How should I include it?

What I had: From Oct. 9 - 17 I will be on my honeymoon. An interview prior to my vacation could bring me on board immediately upon my return.

Any ideas?

i work in a factory. and the rule is if you are a packer, no matter what department you work in, you should be able to pack in any other departments. yesterday at work, there were 3 packers and 1 operator who's job is to run the machine properly. the three packers were suppose to switch packing and other small jobs....one packer said she didn't know how to pack so we said that i'll be ok she could stack up the boxes instead. anyway, the 2 of us were in trouble for packing bad parts and the 3rd person didn't get the verbal warning just because she isn't in our department. like i said, the rule is: if you are a packer, you are suppose to be able to pack in any department. NOW IS THAT FAIR OR NOT BECAUSE THE 3RD PERSON DIDN'T GET WROTE UP? let me know ASAP!!!

Hi,

I want to find out the average salary range for a recent university graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing.

I 've been told $36,000 Cdn. So when I had to state my expected salary for the position in the interview, I always said the range of $36K to 39K Cdn, having done the industry research.

Is it too high?
Someone told me $30,000-39,000 is the range for someone starting out with a degree.
I'm confused. Please help me out.

I just got a government job. they offered to give me a moving company to move my stuff to the new city. but I requested that I find my own moving company because they are much faster and more efficent than the company the Govt hired. The Govt is going to reimburse me for the expense incured. The only problem is that i am not sure whether the moving company I hired is registered. my question is this; is it illegal to do buisness with a comapny that is not registered.? thank you
