Unemployment uses your best quarter of the year to derive your weekly benefits. If you lost your job due to downsizing, yes you may apply. Since you were on unemployment before, that will depend upon how much annually you are eligible for, again, which is determined from your best quarter of the year and your states maximum allowable. You will need to see your local unemployment office asap. Do not wait the 7 day waiting period!

Yes, i did, though it depends on why you are not there anymore and depends on your previous job experiences ie... if u had previous jobs. Call an unemployment office, cant hurt to try...

in Wi you have to have worked for 16 or 18 weeks, i forget. but if you had a job before this they will go back to that employer, too. i, too go on unemployment fri. as in every winter. time to fish and hunt.

If you haven't got enough paid into this company they will go to the previous co. and if they have to the one before that too.

You should be able to if you got layed off, But if u quit you can't draw nothing. You might have had to work with them a bit longer to draw something. you should check into it and see.

It doesn't have to do with time in months...It has to do with hours worked. I think for most it's 300 hours.
