any idea what questions they ask in an apprenticeship interview (for engineering-aviation). Its an apprenticeship for penultimate yr students. I'm not sure what they ask.
Can you please help/share the questions you were asked during apprenticeship interview even if it wasn't for an engineering field.

I was interview for civil engineering. Some of the questions were classics i.e. what are your strengths (what you already know) what are your weakness (of couse not that you go crazy when somebody messes up your work, but what are the things you would like to learn, improve, minor issues)
I was asked if I was on site and an emergency occured what would I do, they were looking for when would I notify the boss/main office.
Where do I see my self in 5 years, why did I apply for that comapny.
Later in life, I than interview some interns. Asked them about stuff they mentioned in CV, so make sure that you know it well.
Asked them about prefered courses (design, scheduling..) To see if they can fit. What we were looking for per my HR manager is there personnality and how they handle stress, since they were interns after all. Also, we were looking for people we can hire after they finish school.
