i am doing mba in bhubaneswar .my native is bhubaneswar.i am the only son of my parent. my parent dont let me go to outside orissa for job. and here there are very little scope for job.so kindly anyone suggest what should i do?

You may be mistaken about scope for employment in Bhubaneshwar.
While it is not Bangalore or Bombay, I think you should be able to find work around Bhubaneshwar as not many MBAs want to stick around there and there should be at least some companies there which are looking for management (trainee) spots to fill.
Look around before assuming.
If your intentions are to skip town and just looking for some reinforcing arguments to make with your parents, that is a different story.

There are endless opportunities for professionals with MBA.
Go ahead with a survey in proper Bhubneshwar among corporate companies, if there are MNCs... then nothing better. A city like Bubneshwar has plenty of placement opportunities and you are sure to get one.
There are chances of campus selection by employers, if your institute is reputed.
If your parents have your own house than there is is nothing better. You can live in your own house and a couple of thousand less salary would also be fine.

Get enough money for a plane or train ticket and get out of there... if you have an MBA, you're an adult and you can do what you please. If your parents fail to understand that, then that's their problem, not yours. I guess you can tell we do things a bit different here in the United States.

you will have to convince your parents that the best opportunities you have are outside the state. First submit your resume to headhunters and see what options you have. Take sme interviews and then show them the opportunities that await you.

try to convince ur parents tht frt ur future u needto go outside bubhnashwear...tall them tht u would go to the nearest metropolitian..... this way u can meet ur parents more frequently........or if u want to sty in bhubhaneshwar then look fo r a job in education sector
