i just want to know just in case i get called for an interview. i've never really had one. the last 2 jobs that i have had, i was just hired on the spot. i also want to know because i dont like talking to people that i dont know. i freeze up and say the most stupidist answers. i just want to know ahead of time. like i remember one time i had an interview about one of my art peices at an art competition called VASE, and i blew it for my best work because of my answers.

I have been on a "sabbatical" since April and have not been working. I am now about out of money and need to find a job. Tonight I went with my best friend to another friend's restaurant for his birthday. The friend who owns the resturaunt implied that he would be willing to hire me. I think it would be fun to work there, but my background is in retail. I'm also unsure about how good of an idea it is to work for a friend. Should I call him tommorrow and ask if he was serious about his offer?

How do I contact yahoo regarding this opportunity? Can anyone help me out with this question, please? I only want straight answers. Can I go to the info desk and fill out one application and have it go to all the stores in the mall? Or do I have to go to each individual store? The mall here is HUGE, and usually pretty busy, it seems like it would be quite a hassel to go around to every store.

I was accepted to study in the UK for graduate school in social policy but would like to return to the US to work after completion of the masters program. How valued is a masters from the UK in the US, and what are my chances of getting a good job in the US versus if i get a masters for the same program in the US?

I am 17 years old with many volunteer experience and a work experience but never have been employed for a real job. I've been a little, er, desperate for a job lately, but i'm pretty picky--i dont want to work at a fastfood place, instead i want to work at a video store since it is my biggest interest..(movies, entertainment). I;ve thought about applying for local theatres (my second choice)

I would like to know what the age limit is to work at, say blockbuster and the qualifications/skills they would look for or expect. Do the employer train you if you get hired, as well?

I'm a high school dropout with absolutely no work history, and I was wondering how I could get a data entry or office job if I have no education or have never had a job before. Almost all office jobs, even the lowest paying ones, require education and at least 1 year of previous experience. All I know is Microsoft Word 2000 and other basic computer skills and I'm very good in math. Could anyone help me out? Is there a paying data entry or office job out there that requires no education or experience, just basic computer skills? Could anyone help me find the data entry or office job I've been looking for? Thanks so much.

What is your opinion of the minimum wage? What hourly wage do you pay your employees on average? What kind of benefits, if any, do you give them?
