A standard college degree in financing, which would be a BS will do. An MBA will help a lot, as well.

I think any college degree would do. The main thing you have to do is show them how incredibly persistent you are by continuing to apply and come for interviews and then ask for another interview and ask for another interview until you convince them that you won't give up when you face rejection as a broker.

None. You do need, however, a certain license (a "Series 7") that you'll have to study for in order to pass and become an official broker.

Any type. But what ever your degree is you need to be able to understand numbers.
You need to be able to telemarket and sell. If you can't sell, pick another field.
