verifying info on application/ resume' is truthful-
along with (you already mentioned- criminal history) and do you have driving privileges etc.
if your 15, i wouldn't be too concerned.
When your older Companies also look @ credit hostory- ( guess it gives them a snap-shot of if you might steal from them & will/ do you honor your debts by Payment history. This will also confirm prior addresses you lived.

All of those things can be checked along with credit reports, drivers license info, etc. A job in a different country does not stop a background check but the effort a company will put into it will depend on the job you are looking for, for instance, whether there is any security sensitivity.

If you have some "dirt" in your background you may want to come clean about it before it comes up in a background check.

Well if you are 15 there really wouldnt be much there to check. Probably be checking where you worked, where you went to school, and pretty much anything that an employer would have access to. Employers only do background checks on prospective employers to validate the resume that was turned in and to reveal anything else that wasnt mentioned.

They will check out if you have speeding tickets or criminal records including misdeamors. If they have that access in other countries, I don't think theywill go further than that. Be honest when you apply because they will find a way to go deep in your records.

yes you would be surprised by the stuff they can find out about you and they can also fire you if even when they do the background check that if they want to do another one down the line and then something pops up and you didnt tell them when you hired in...honesty is the best policy...
