Is yahoo always looking for Email Customer Support Operatives?

Someone told me that yahoo is always looking for "Email Customer Support Operatives", if so, I am very interested in working for yahoo as an "Email Customer Support Operative" from my home office. How do I contact yahoo regarding this opportunity? Can anyone help me out with this question, please? I only want straight answers. I don't want to be offered any other business opportunites, I just want a job working from home as "Email Customer Service" Representative that handles customer inquiries via emails. Nothing else!!!!

Can someone help me out with this? or is it impossible?
