I'm getting my last paycheck next week but can not be there to pick it up. Can I pick it up 6 months later and still be able to cash it or put it in the bank?

If I have 2 possession of cannabis charges that are currently getting expunged from my record (the marijuana was not even mine in both cases, i honestly do not even use drugs, just happened to be unlucky on two separate occasions), but more recently got pulled over for a DUI, which I am 100% sure the charges will be droped after my court date. However, if I decide to get a job in a different state, would all this affect me still?

I have just been called in for a pre-employment voice stress testin an hour. I guess it's something like a polygraph. Any pointers? I hate to think I could loose out on a job because I talked wierd or something.

If a recruiter for a company has received my resume and will be contacting me to discuss my background and work experience, at what point do I discuss my background related past criminal history (does not deal with theft or fraud or assault or anything like that). Should I bring it up when I first talk to the recruiter, or during the first interview?

Mine do. I work between 50-70 hours a week. It seems like I live here. But I have done the same thing for the last twelve and a half years and don't want to give up what I am doing to pursue another career. It really sucks because I feel stuck. I can really relate to the song by Nine Inch Nails "Everyday is the Same".

I have two possession of cannabis charges from over 5 yrs ago. I never got convicted of either charges and they are in the process of getting expunged. However, I recently got arrested for a DUI and I am 100% sure I will be dropped of the charges after I go to court. It seems like no matter what the job is I always make mistakes at work. I've always had a desk job where I do a lot of paper work. I never intentionally screw up, but it happens. Sometimes I know it was just me not being careful, but then other times I swear that when I checked my work everything was fine. Then it comes up three days later like a ticking time bomb that ran out of time. Has anyone else had problems with this? I'm just so sick of being looked down on like I'm some idiot when really I'm not.

ok this is the deal. they want me to come aboard as the assistant manager of a store here. pay is low. 8 bucks an hour plus 2 percent commision on sales. they say i would have my own store in a matter of months. but ive heard **** like that before. i think they are low balling me, and i dont like to here you should or you will. i like to here figures and you have.
