Objective: To obtain a position that requires a degree of self motivation in a fast paced environment with room for advancement.

An objective that I used years ago was something like this...

OBJECTIVE: "To be a team member and obtain ________ position with a strong industrial company that is detail oriented,quality concious, and safety minded. "

Something similar to that. It makes the employer think that you hold all those things true and that is usually what they are looking for, people with the companies interest at heart.

Match your objective to the job. So state that you are looking for a position similar to the one being offered, talk about a desire to work in a pleasant team kind of environment, and that you want the opportunity to advance yourself in the future. Something along those lines.
