You are probably being way to hard on yourself. If they are looking down on you, you've probably earned somewhat of a reputation and they could be looking for petty mistakes because they expect them. Make sure not to talk down about yourself or your mistakes in front of people. They will see you the way you talk about yourself. Just be careful, and do your best. What else is there?

Maybe it's in your organization. I started scheduling my week via tools I learned through 7 Habits for Highly Effective People, and I am more mentally relaxed, more efficient, and do better work.
Just the preperation alone should improve your confidence, and someone who is dealing with repetitive struggles is going to take a hit in that area. If you go into a project expecting to screw up, you probably will...it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. So take some time to get your ducks in a row every week, and you'll be delighted with the results.

Do you use a checklist?
If the tasks you are doing are basically similar, design a checklist that you go by "religiously".
Also, you may not be very task-oriented. You enjoy working with people, a team environment, group work etc... But goals and deadlines aren't your thing. Is it possible you can partner with a co-worker?
You do need to overcome these weaknesses as companies can't afford regular mistakes. And you won't be successful in your career without advancement and positive performance reviews.
Good Luck...

It happens to the best of us. It is hard to proofread your own work so ask a co-worker that you trust to look over what you have done.
It is better to catch your mistakes before the boss does.
If you don't have a co-worker to ask, just put the work aside for a few minutes and then go back to it. You can catch more mistakes after a break from the work.

I know the feeling!! I feel the same way. Just lighten up & realize we are ALL human... We all screw up. I'm sure your doing fine. Maybe the less you worry about, the more you will be able to focus and probably make less mistakes.

Your 25, you do no longer decide to your mothers and dads approval to go out. and everybody makes blunders. basically because you're making a mistake does not make you a tangled up man or woman. possibly you are able to attempt God. i'm no longer saying you would be suitable in case you placed your faith in him. besides the undeniable fact that it might assist you end making as many blunders. Its basically a coaching, i'm no longer forcing my faith on you. yet i wish I helped. And back it does not make you a tangled up man or woman for making blunders no rely what proportion you're making. It basically potential you opt for for help. all of us do.

whoa... don't beat yourself up. Have a reality/sanity check if you're consistently making the same mistakes... I have yet to know someone who haven't made any mistakes at all.
