i just want to know just in case i get called for an interview. i've never really had one. the last 2 jobs that i have had, i was just hired on the spot. i also want to know because i dont like talking to people that i dont know. i freeze up and say the most stupidist answers. i just want to know ahead of time. like i remember one time i had an interview about one of my art peices at an art competition called VASE, and i blew it for my best work because of my answers.

i usually ask them what they know about the company (you have to research to impress the interviewer)

what they plan to do/be in 5 years? (be sincere about this.. don't say "i want to stay in this company" if you don't mean it)

what can you offer to this company that you think the others can't? why should we hire you? (well, im sure you have a lot to offer)

what are your strengths and weaknesses? (be honest)

sell me this pencil.. (we're in sales, by the way)

tips: just be confident, the interviewers tend to look scary to make you nervous (that's what they want) relax and just be yourself. after the interview, ask about where the company is headed and future plans.. companies appreciate it that you think about their growth. shake their hands and smile.

i posted this earlier to a similar question.. so you might find this helpful..

you sound like my sister. she does the same thing. cant talk at an interview for nothing tosave her live. the questiosns asked ae your past exp. last jobs, why should they hire you. , your skills, time that you can work, if they needed you to work more hours or weekends would you be able to. you are gonna have to get over that not wanting to talk to people you dont know cause depending on the position you want you will have to develope people skills, or customer skills. if you just relax and, be comfortable with yourself you will be alright they will also ask why yoyu left your last jobs, and how long you were there. most employers want a stable employee. not a fly in today gone tomorrow.

a good interviewer will use the intterview to gather info and ask a fairly well established set of questions.
a bad interviewer will react to you your appearance alacrity etc.

watch for open ended questions such as how do you fewel about? and describe a time you overcame a problem with a coworker

Usually they ask why you wanna join their company and what benefits can you give them if they hire you. They will also ask questions like your job history and reasons why you resigned in your previous jobs. Be prepared and answer them casually, don't be nervous. Goodluck!

They ask you all sorts of crazy stuff...
They want to know what you'll bring to the company. I had someone ask me what I thought other employees at my previous work would have to say about me. They want to know your goals. They want to know what you've done to stand out (anything you've started/changed.)
Good luck and be honest.
