I do not have minimum wage employees, yet the one that are payed minimum wage usually are over payed for the work they do. If you are not paid what your are worth then move on.

A mandated minimum wage really just adds cost to products and services and once again all are subsidizing the slackers throw high price that we pay for stuff. Also there are a few minimum wage jobs I relay think would have higher pay if there was no minimum wage set by the so called dogooders of government. These people are not relay doing minimum wage jobs or work they have just settled for the lowest common denominator, and would earn more than there making now.

I truly believe that the slackers you see and can not get the order right at the drive throw would move on if they could be paid less and the few that work hard would be happier and work even better and receive better pay and We as a public would get better service.

To tell the truth i would like to see a higher unemployment rate and pay ten percent of my taxes so some people could just stay home and wacth TV and stay out of my and other way and mangers would not be babysitters. The world would run smother.

I do like minimuum wage mandated by Goverment, and I have better workers for the industry and I pay them better, they have earned my respect and I treat them the best I can. That is what all employer would have to do if there was not a minimum wage in place.

The government has no business tell anyone how much to pay their employees. In fact, I feel it is unconstitutional.
