i don't like my current job. so i can't tell my new boss, or he/she would think, "if i left my present job because i didn't like it, i probably would leave if i didn't like this job". i also can't say for better pay because they may be the same. so what do i say for wanting to leave my current job?

At work, so many people complain, including myself. I love what I do, but the politics of the office are crazy! I know in that what I do improves other people's lives and that is what makes work worthwhile. I tell others that the majority of people hate having to work and to get over themselves. Make the best of what you have, at least you have a job! Am I out of bounds?

my husband works at a chow hall on a military base and his supervisor (a woman) harasess him all the time. she just recently cut his hours and is about to cut his days. she wants all the workers to kiss her a** and beg her for extra hours. she picks favorites all the time and will give all these extra hours to whoever gives her a ride home. she is a compulsive liar, and creates a hostile enviorment.

i am not allowed to call him because when i do and they page him, she will get on the phone and tell me he's not allowed to recive calls when everyone else is.

she has started many fights between him and i because of this. she will lie and say i hung up on her and my husband will get mad at me.

the company is a union but have done nothing about it.

my husband cant quit because he lost his green card and i waiting for a new one in the mail.

he is coming home every day stressed and upset and lately we have been fighting a lot

oh and shes also a meth addict!

How about we ban Interviews and relace them with something better?

Interviews are basicially al communication of bullpoop...

So how about work test instead...

Ie copy fixer job... Give them a faulty photocopier to fix...

Sales trial... top 3 get the job, those found to operate negative competiton ie messup it up for other sales staff, get booted out...

The idea is to boot sales not steal sales and noble the opposition as they would be bad for the company.

Stuff looks, what they do on the weekend and looking much at experince... Only if they can do the job and ideally keen

Worked as a chef for 9 years and have got a great job and great pay now i have got to the highest point of my career.
I have always written in my spare time and run a website which is pretty rubbish in comparison to the rest of the web.Alot of my friends say i should write, but i have learned i can give anyone a million good ideas but use none of my own? is there a job for a professional muse?

anyway.....

Id like to change job and try something different but i am nervous about starting again and earning much less.I know with life experience and common sense what give me an advantage in my next chosen job but how do i take the next step.
Id like to do something in the e-commerce industry like website design and develope new ideas so we eventually do everything online and turn our busy high streets and shopping centres back into fields and parks.

Why am i unable to find a job?

I am relativley well qualified:-
NVQ II, NVQ III, NVQ IV - Business Studies
NVQ II, NVQ III, NVQ IV - information Technology
NVQ III, NVQ IV - Customer Service
GNVQ Advanced Information Communication Technology
GNVQ Advanced Business Studies
12x GCSE's at A - C (with 7 a*)
I also posess several other nationally recognised First Aid, Customer Service And IT Qualifications. I have 7 years work experience in the Customer service industry, focusing on IT. However the past 2 months, i have been unable to find any work at all. Even factories wont employ me to do assembly line work.
My interview technique (when i get interviews) is very good, and my CV is also in good order. Several friends have suggetsed that its just my time to go through problems with finding work (since i have always been employed) Any help would be appreciated.
