This guy at work is sloppy with money, things are missing, out of all the employee's, he is staying quiet and out of it. Do you think he is a thief?

Okay! We have this guy on tape of somewhat sliding a $100 bill out of camera view at work...then the drawer comes up short exactly $100. He is the only employee not talking about the shortages in the store and acts like there in no concern on his part. All the employees at my job are in an uproar about the situation. He is super sloppy with the money at the store. He is a supervisor, and all the supervisors are concerned (me included). With the exception of him. Everyone has brought up the shortages to our manager except for him. Do you think he is stealing slowly from the store cash wise, and why wouldn't you come to your immediate Manager to defend yourself so you wouldn't get fired?

Ok, this one is pretty easy.
I was a supervisor in a store a few years ago and we had this one particular girl that we suspected was stealing from the register. (small amounts at first). then bigger.

Since we worked in two shifts, each shift had their own drawer.
One day, when she was the only one working, I placed a %100.00 bill in the drawer. What do you know? Come time to count the drawer out for her shift and it was gone. We had the right person.

It probably won't work if you have several people in a drawer on any shift, but you could set it up perhaps that only this person runs the drawer on the shift or for the day.

Good Luck !

Maybe he thinks you're the thief. He could be the kind of person who believes the truth will always find a way to be known and is just waiting for that time. Why does it matter so much to you?

Hell yes, never trust a quiet person, because you never know what they're thinking or what their secrets motives are.
