b. I am underpaid
c. My work makes me dumber

You say something like: I believe that by leaving my current job I will be expanding my horizons and opening my options while furthering my potential as a valuable employee. I am looking for a new oportunity and believe that your company offers me great potential to learn and grow not only as an employee but also as a person.

You always want to say nice things about your current job. You can tell them that "while I enjoy my current job and have learned a lot, I feel this position takes me in the direction I am looking to go to further advance my career." Get it?

Do you mean that you would accept a job without knowing what the pay is?
Tell the interviewer the truth. If you do not like your current job, tell them why. Not just, "I don't like my job." What is the reason?
Trade places with the interviewer and then
see how you would react to your own answers...
Would You hire you???

Say that you would like to work in an environment where you can use more of your abilities. Say that you have grown all that you can in your current position and that you need to work someplace that offers you more opportunity to use your skills.
NEVER EVER badmouth anyone or anything in an interview. It will reflect poorly on you.

although you have gained valuable experience at your current company--there is no growth or opportunity to expand. tell them where you see yourself in 3-5 yrs. make sure it fits somewhere at their company. if it is a different industry, talk to that you want to be in the new industry. for ex, i have always been interested to get into marketing, and i feel the experiences i have gained at my current job would be an asset at your company. if the company is bigger, smaller....you can always shifts pros and be slightly vague.
