Try your local temp agency. They may be able to help you find positions using your clerical work as well as find places where you may be able to go back to being a therapist and such.

Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careerbuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can apply for jobs and upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to get hired.

Do some research on line. Check out what's available out there. Do a Google search or a Job engine search. Also have you considered working from home? Lots of home based businesses out there that have products that's made from natural ingredients. That's what I did and I love it because the products works for me. But it's not for everyone. Who knows it might be for you? One never knows what they're looking for til they find it. Also do check with the BBB to make sure the companies you're looking at have no complaints against them and that they're legit :)
Good luck on your endeavor!

You might want to work on your spelling & grammar, and your ability to convey thoughts concisely. It'll be a big help to your resume. Start there.
