Please help me prepare...lol. What might they ask? This is for when people call the toll-free number to get service (cable or hight speed internet) hooked up and they get a representative.

I have 5 years telephone banking experience where people called toll-free number to get account bal. checks cleared etc. and/or if they needed a bank rep. they got me. I was very good at this job and the last two years in this position I cross sold bank products and was VERY successful at this. I was top seller in small business department 8 out of last 12 months (I took blend of consumer and small business callers). I remember saying I finally found something I was good at and that was SELLING. I really want this job with Cox Communications.

Can you help me with this interview?

The boss (female) was a bully anyway but now I've resigned it has got worse. I have a months notice I sit in the same office. I want my final salary so I can't just leave. Help it is not pleasant.

I received an offer from a job that I really don't want. I haven't accepted yet, because I'm going on my 2nd interview with a job that I DO want. Can I tell my interviewer about my current job offer so as to speed up the process??

It seems todays management choices do more harm than good . The managers are on a kick of micromanagement . Which seems to be counter productive . For Example running the staff so short handed . The job does not get done . law suits in the medical field are out of controll . If the hospital was properly staffed there would be less errors . Not to mention better care . The smaller number of law suits would pick up the added wages . ( In Theroy )

Could I start a buisness that give ideas to people on what type of buisness to start, or if they have a idea but do not know what to name that business. Or if they need a logo, a great slogan, or even marketing ideas such as unique packaging ideas, organization etc. I have great ideas all of the time that help people with their business and several business owners have come to me asking me how to make their business better, for logo ideas, slogans. I even had someone ask me to help them start their business. I do not know if there is a job market out there that I could find a job that will let me do these things, or should I create my own business that will let me be a (Idea consultant). Help!

Me and my family want to move to Colorado (Denver, Boulder, Littleton or Westminster). We both have been looking for jobs for three months through Career Builder, Monster and various other job sites. He has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and I have experience in the Medical field. We live in Texas now. Is there another source we could be going through?
