in india, a rule was passed last year that deemed universities and private universities are not allowed to give MBA degrees. Instead, they can give Post Graduate Dimploma In Business Administration (PGDBA degrees).
symbi, ICFAI, amity, etc all being deemed universites cannot give MBA degree. only a govt. university like pune university can do so.
symbi does have a 2yr distance learning program PGDBA in finance.
