try to do more than what is expected from you. if you go out of your scope of work. your manager will be pleasantly surprised. work with that principle and you will excel.

People will always state hard work. But having my leaving employment letter being rejected and being given a better alternative, I realise it all has to do with being reliable. Your co-worker, immediate supervisor, superior supervisor and the management in general should be able to understand that you are flexible and can be relied to undertake any assignment that will be given to you, with utmost efficiency.

lots of hard work as usual, dedication towards your work, give first preference to as long as u r a single person because if married your equal responsibility is towards ur family lest it will lead to caos and if not utilize this opportunity by focusing and paying your maximum attension to your work this will defenitly help u.
