It seems todays management choices do more harm than good . The managers are on a kick of micromanagement . Which seems to be counter productive . For Example running the staff so short handed . The job does not get done . law suits in the medical field are out of controll . If the hospital was properly staffed there would be less errors . Not to mention better care . The smaller number of law suits would pick up the added wages . ( In Theroy )

Most useless and unproductive people are eventually promoted to middle management where they'll do the least amount of damage, since no one ever listens to them anyway.

I think that if a manager can get the job done with the smallest expense ( salaries) that makes them look better to their bosses, who want to look good to their bosses.............bottom line the real people loose out.
