Those would be the Trades... a Plumber, Electrician, Brick Layer, etc... anything you can do where human life can not be threatened by incompetant practicioners. Even the public service jobs can pay well... but many of them require a degree... such as Policeman.

Just remember, the Associate's Degree is roughly equivalent to the High School diploma of 20 years ago... it's entry level and anyone without a minimum of 2 years of college is in a very difficult situation when it comes to finding a job.
