Maybe you should walk out and leave if its that bad. The have your significant other come and get you check. I think there might even be some laws against the bully. Your supposed to be able to work in a comfortable envirment. I would just walk out. its not worth it.

if you feel you have handed your notice in because the situation has forced you to then you can take your employer to court for constructive dismissal..if of your own frre will then go to someone higher up than her and tell them the situation.if she is the boss and no other way around things ..then just grin and bear it ....

tell them you are going to a competitior if your role is significant they will put you on garden leave. If not then ride the storm and put in as little effort as possible.
