To really make it in my chosen career, I'll have to move towns. But I've just bought a flat, the love of my life is here and all my friends. I don't know what to choose!

Hey Im trying to get a Job, thing is Im part of this Job service that they help me look for one because I never had one I have only done like odd Jobs like Helpin out in places or somethin like aim about to help my pop work on houses n im get paid for that but anyway im takin about a real Job do I just go to the place and ask whers the employer I dont really know what to do. .. can someone help. explain in throughly to please and thanks.

I live in Louisiana and am going to college for a degree in social work. I just came back from the military a year ago but my home town is to slow. I have lived in Germany, Texas, Oklahoma, Washington D C, Maryland, Virginia, and traveled to New York on TDY, so far I have came to the conclusion that I want to live somewhere that has the friendly feeling of home but the fast life in business. There is no economy gain here in my hometown. Also I want my child to grow up some where with a better chance at an education growth culture, for her future but in my town the only place she can go is the YMCA club to play board games.

I already hold 3 NVQs - Levels 2 and 3 in Business Administration and Level 3 in Customer Services.

Level 2 is equivalent to GCSEs graded C - A*
Level 3 is equivalent to A-levels

Whole day am alert and agile, but as soon as i get into any meeting or training session or any announcement, i cant help but fall asleep.
Am so terrified, am sure am gonna **** myself one day and might lose my job.
Has anybody faced the same prob and/or what do i do to get rid of this.

I am a salaried employee and my employer is forcing me to take a vacation day on an unscheduled shut down day (july 3). I think my vacation time should be used by my will and not by theirs. Any opinions or experiences.

I'm relocating to Solano or Contra Costa County and I need a good job. I just earned my certificate in digital arts/animation.

Great traditional arts background, Loads of clerical and customer service (legal assistant and insurance claims examiner), I know how to manage my time, I'm a fabulous team player, Very passionate and I have a good sense of humor.

Please stretch your imaginations on this one. I'm going through a divorce and determined to find a way to make my own way.
