I already hold 3 NVQs - Levels 2 and 3 in Business Administration and Level 3 in Customer Services.

Level 2 is equivalent to GCSEs graded C - A*
Level 3 is equivalent to A-levels

I rely TOTALLY on Public Transport - the last bus leaves the nearest city to the village I live at 5.30 pm. And the nearest train station is in the city as well, so evening classes are out of the question.

Try looking at open university you can do studies while working through the internet and have a personal tutor in your own time!!

There's a few things you may want to consider pursuing: a bachelor degree (that's relevant to your work), a professional cert, or an MBA. Of course, there's also other prog. Talk to your employer, if they can sponsor you with the tuition fees, then go for it and choose something that will benefit your career in the long run.

Take weekend or evening classes at a local college. Depends what career you are into or what job you're looking to get.

i would go for something in I.T. or something in accounting. those are were the good jobs are.
