The first thing you do is ask for a application for employment.Ask for two,we all make mistakes.Your dad sounds like he wants to help you get a job so ask him to help you fill it out.Never abbreviate names city's towns. Put down all of your volunteer work use statements like team player, committed, reliable make yourself available all hours that way you can start working and get experience. Two days after you get your application in Call About It ask if you can schedule a interview.Even if they tell you not right now, your application is now on top of the stack. If you can do a little research about the company, you will have a better chance of asking educated questions about your new job during the interview.Your new employer will see that you did your homework.Look them in the eye when you have your interview.Have a firm(not hard) hand shake.Thank them for there time to interview you.Time is money. In two days call back and ask for the person that interviewed you.Ask about your interview, again you are on top of the stack. You don't always get the first job you apply for so put in lots of applications.

Slow down and be more articulate. Your posting is a ramble.

First, put together a resume (have someone else proof read it!!)
Find out as much about the company (s) you're applying too.
Dress as well as you can. Be polite, only answer questions being asked. Ask about the company, your duties and maybe future prospects.
Be prepared to start at the bottom.

it depends on how old you are
no one will hire you unless you have a GED or have
finished high school
some places want you to have a certain amount of
experience w/ the job
and other places won't hire you w/ out collage education
stick with the job service place since they know what
you would be best @ & tell them what you are looking for
in a job & ask them what steps you should take to get the job you want

You need to learn how to write first. Because I didn't understand most of what you wrote in your question. And, if you don't know how to apply for a job, then you should stick to doing odd jobs and helping out your Pops.

Well, let me tell you this....... don't try to get a job where you need to be able to write well because you obviously can't. How about mowing lawns? That seems to be a job that would be well-suited for you.
