How can I get a start in digital arts in the Bay Area in N. California?

Question

I'm relocating to Solano or Contra Costa County and I need a good job. I just earned my certificate in digital arts/animation.

Great traditional arts background, Loads of clerical and customer service (legal assistant and insurance claims examiner), I know how to manage my time, I'm a fabulous team player, Very passionate and I have a good sense of humor.

Please stretch your imaginations on this one. I'm going through a divorce and determined to find a way to make my own way.

Well, direct yourself more towards Alameda County where the real Silicon Valley is. I don't know specific digital arts companies in the BA, but there's bound to be a lot. I also have college friends who intern for Pixar down in SoCal and they say that they are always looking for more help. Good luck with your search!
