If you're incompetent, you're going to be fired. Dealers don't need to know cool tricks. Where did you get that idea? You must be fast. The faster the game, either craps or 21, the more money the house makes. You must also know how to talk to the saps who throw their money away on the table. Do those two things and you have nothing to worry about.
